Organic Flax Seed Oil (also known as linseed oil) contains the essential fatty acids Omega 3 and 6, as well as the non-essential fatty acid Omega 9, in balanced ratio consistent with the body’s needs. Omega 3 is in the form of Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA) which the body converts to EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid)and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid); so Organic Flax Seed Oil may provide an alternative to fish oil and it may contribute to maintaining a healthy cardiovascular system.

The Omega fatty acids in Gold Health Organic Flax Seed Oil support normal brain function and the healthy functioning of the nervous system.
