Are the prices in New Zealand Dollars?

Do prices include GST?

Yes. All of our prices are GST inclusive.

Do I pay for deliverey?

We pay for delivery costs within New Zealand. There are no hidden costs, the prices you see are the prices you pay.

How do I place an order?

Log in, find the products you wish to order and click on the 'add to cart' button. You can click on the plus or minus to get the correct amount of items you require. When you have all the items you require in your cart, simply continue to the 'check out' and follow the instructions.

I changed email address. What do I do?

Please log into your account using your old email address.
Click on the View/Edit My Profile.
You can then change your email address.
If you also forgot your password, please email us on info@goldhealth.co.nz quoting old email address and new email address and request a new password. We will change your email address for you and give you a temporary password.

I ordered from you by phone before. How can I log into my account?

Please email us at info@goldhealth.co.nz with your name and phone number and we will arrange a log in for you.
Alternatively you can call us on 0800-777-377 during work hours and we can sort this for you over the phone.

What if I want to remove a product from my cart?

Go back into your cart, on the right of the products selected, there are plus and minus symbols, press on the minus until product has been taken off. You can then continue shopping or to the 'check out' and follow the instructions.

I ordered. What now?

After your order has been received, an acknowledgment email will be sent to you. Once the order has been dispatched, a second email will be sent to you confirming your order has been dispatched.

What are the payment options on your website?

Payment options for website orders are by credit card, debit card or Internet Banking.
Credit card: We accept Visa or Master Card.
Internet Banking: using POLi.

How secure are my credit card details?

We offer online payments via secure ANZ Bank payment pages that feature 128-bit key encryption strength security. We do not have visibility, or access to your credit card number. This facility is provided by ‘Paystation Ltd’.
